Cancellation & Refund Policy

Rooms

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
• Within 48 hours of check-in, one night's charge is deducted.
• No-show — no refund.

Banquet

• Cancellation more than 60 days before the event — 75% of advance refunded.
• 30–60 days before the event — 50% of advance refunded.
• Less than 30 days before the event — no refund.
• Date change allowed once, subject to availability.

Free cancellation anytime.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
