Pure veg premises
Hotel Satkar is a 100% vegetarian property. Non-vegetarian food, alcohol, smoking in rooms/hall, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Identity proof
All adult guests must present a valid government photo ID at check-in. The hotel may refuse check-in without valid ID.
Check-in / check-out
Standard check-in 12:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability and may be charged.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only after the hotel confirms it and/or the advance payment is received. Online prices shown are estimates; final rates may include applicable taxes.
Banquet bookings
A non-refundable/partly refundable advance (as per package) is required to block the date. Final guest count must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event; billing will be on the confirmed count or actual count, whichever is higher. Outside caterers are not allowed unless approved in writing. Decorations must not damage property; any damage will be charged.
Timings
Restaurant and front-desk services run from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Music/sound for events must stop as per local regulations.
Guest conduct
Guests are responsible for their behaviour and their invitees' behaviour. The hotel may ask any guest to leave for misconduct without refund.
Valuables
The hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, cash or jewellery. Please use the locker/front desk.
Damages
Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest/organiser.
Pricing & menu changes
Prices, menu items and packages may change without prior notice; confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate.
Force majeure
The hotel is not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond its control (natural calamities, government orders, strikes, power failures, etc.).
Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
